 The design and construction of mobile laboratories for a large variety of purposes has been an integral part of Automakers production.
Automakers has built mobile labs for testing air, water and industrial pollution; remote monitoring and testing; computer processing of data logged at night and at difficult-to-access sites; chemical analysis; quality testing of food and drink; nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) testing/monitoring; land-based accumulation and processing of shuttle information for NASA; blood testing; and general medical testing and evaluation.
Mobile units can be supplied as large or small self-propelled configurations (two- or four-wheel drive) or as towed trailers or semi-trailers.
The basic units can include a generator, air conditioning and heat, a complete plumbing system, and custom-built cabinetry. Laboratory test equipment can be provided by the customer or purchased by Medical Coaches in accordance with customer requirements.
Labs can be supplied with special equipment such as chemical-resistant counters, floors, and walls, HEPA filters, fume hoods, distilled water production, and custom HVAC, to name a few. Medical Coaches prides itself on our ability to make customer-supplied sensitive and delicate lab equipment properly fit into the limited space available in a mobile unit and insuring the equipment is properly secured and shock mounted.
To increase interior working space, automatically expandable sides are also available.
